TERMS & CONDITIONS
All reservations with TENERIFE BIKE TRAINING are
subject to the following conditions:
To reserve a Tenerife Bike Training tour a deposit of €100 per person is required. A reservation will not be considered to be finalised until this deposit is received. Please note that on some trips outside of Tenerife or longer duration the deposit may vary. You can pay the deposit via PayPal or through a bank transfer.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Final payment: The balance of your payment is due 31 days prior to the trip departure date. If for some reason you have to cancel your trip the cancellation must be confirmed in writing and the following charges will apply:

More than 31 days prior to departure
We will refund your deposit
Between 15 and 31 days prior to departure
We reserve the right to retain 50% of the price.
Less than 15 days prior to departure
We reserve the right to retain 100% of the price
We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
TRIP ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATION
TENERIFE BIKE TRAINING reserve the right to make hotel and route modifications which become necessary due to circumstances beyond their control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible.
TENERIFE BIKE TRAINING reserve the right to cancel the trip in which case all payments including the deposit will be refunded. This will constitute full settlement.
Participants are responsible for having adequate travel insurance covering accident, personal injury, evacuation and medical costs, loss of luggage and cancellation. TENERIFE BIKE TRAINING is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellation, delays or any other matter beyond their control.
